I thought this was quite an insightful article about how brands will need to ‘think differently’ about incorporating general marketing vs. multicultural/ethnic marketing in their overall marketing mix. The line between the two is becoming more and more blurry.
Demographics will be less important than psychographics as brands identify target, audience, etc. in the years to come.
