Initially, I had a love/hate relationship with this campaign after reading about it on some of my favorite branding blogs. It felt like a good, creative idea; but, the sensitivity around death and kids with AIDS is tricky. Hip-hop producer – Swizz Beats – in a coffin throwing up the peace symbol? Is it okay to ‘mock celebrity deaths’ when addressing such a serious topic? Hmmm.
