What to do with an old factory? Build a sustainable smart town!

Panasonic has unveiled plans of developing a former plant site into a 19-hectare ‘smart town’ 30 miles southwest of Tokyo that will operate with 70% less CO2 output than the CO2 levels in Japan during the 1990s.
