Community Boost Pop-Up
A Platform Created for Purposeful Partnerships
In its effort to elevate its brand and demonstrate the value of partnership to small businesses, Facebook engaged Jack Morton to deliver a diverse and inclusive pop-up experience aligned with this mission. With only a few weeks to bring the activation to life, our challenge was to execute a seamless, welcoming environment that supported a meaningful shift in perception. Designed to accommodate breakout offices for meetings and working sessions—alongside traditional trade show elements such as registration desks and demo stations—the space balanced functionality with brand impact. While Facebook developed the creative and graphics in-house, Jack Morton led full execution, coordinating all external vendors including catering, parking, and staffing to ensure flawless delivery.
Accessibility and inclusion were foundational to the experience. ADA considerations were thoughtfully integrated throughout the environment to ensure no community was excluded. Simplified wayfinding and intuitive traffic flow encouraged exploration while creating an ease of movement for all attendees, regardless of where they were in the space. The result was a highly inclusive, well-orchestrated activation that reinforced Facebook’s commitment to empowering small businesses through partnership.
THE IMPACT
The pop-up experience was a huge success in Denver, earning media coverage from key publications like The Denver Post. The registration was sold out for each day of the activation, suggesting that local small businesses were really invested in educating themselves on the advantages of partnering with Facebook.
