ExxonMobil is back after 3 years at the Independent Commodity Intelligence Services (ICIS) held at Fairmont Hotel, Singapore. Exxon is one of the major sponsors, with the objective of leading the game on basestock oils and educating attendees from all over Asia on how the brand’s products are a gamechanger in the industry.
To make the booth educational and interactive, we featured the baseoils as a playful installation where oils inside tubes sit side by side and turn upside down like an hourglass. This showed a visual comparison of each oil’s viscosity and made it easy for Exxon to explain the oil’s features.
Since Exxon also needed to generate leads, we programmed the survey into an engaging vending machine. Booth guests who answered the survey were incentivised with useful swags like travel adaptor, earbuds & powerbanks. In Singapore, who wouldn’t queue for a vending machine that dispensed freebies?
