Five9’s Record-Breaking Experience at CCW

At CCW, Five9 set out to increase booth traffic, accelerate on-site demos, and ultimately drive more closed sales with both existing and prospective clients. In a crowded trade show environment, the challenge was to create a bold, high-functioning presence that would capture attention while supporting meaningful business conversations. Five9 needed a space that balanced visibility, engagement, and operational efficiency—enabling their team to connect with visitors and showcase their solutions at scale. 

Jack Morton delivered a dynamic 50’ x 50’ booth designed for both impact and performance. The environment featured a live news desk for streaming broadcasts, double-sided demo stations that supported a record number of product demonstrations, secure meeting rooms for executive discussions, and casual networking areas. An interactive VR golf activation added energy and drew attendees into the space. To celebrate Pride Month, the booth debuted with vibrant rainbow lighting and the distribution of Progress Pride flags and custom enamel pins—creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that amplified both brand visibility and community spirit. 

THE IMPACT 

The results were nothing short of spectacular. The scale and interactivity of Five9’s booth experience at CCW dominated the show floor, making it one of the largest and most captivating presences visible from all entry points. Five9 achieved record-breaking visits and demos, ultimately leading to the closure of a significant net new logo on-site. The booth became the undeniable highlight of the entire event, generating buzz and conversations that reverberated throughout the industry.
