In the midst of the pandemic, Jack Morton partnered with The Concierge Club to deliver a one-of-a-kind, multi-level indoor/outdoor holiday drive-thru experience for families in Toronto. In fewer than five weeks, and in collaboration with Pearson Airport, we transformed an unused parking garage into a fully immersive journey featuring three themed décor levels and four dazzling light tunnels, all choreographed to festive music. Designed as a safe yet magical escape, the experience brought joy and connection to the community during an uncertain time.
Each level offered a distinct visual world—from a winter-white wonderland of flocked trees and oversized décor, to a classic green holiday scene complete with nutcrackers and live Santa posing beside his full-size sleigh, to a warm, gold-accented finale glowing with ambient light. Guests entered through a spectacular tunnel of more than 142,000 twinkling lights and concluded their journey with playful surprises—including a Grinch caught attempting to steal a Lamborghini—creating a memorable, joy-filled experience for children and families alike.

The month-long event welcome more than 120,000 visitors and received over 2,400 positive comments and reviews.
