The Broadcast Intern ensures the design team stays organized and on schedule. He or she will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the department and will serve as a trusted assistant to the SVP, Group Design Director.
What you'll be doing:
- Book travel
- Process expenses
- Order props/supplies
- Manage scheduling
- Send routine correspondence
- Gather information for client presentations or proposals
- Compile PowerPoint decks
Who you are:
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You are a master of Microsoft Office Suite software
- You get it done
