As the Operations Associate, you're an administrative powerhouse who provides comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support, playing a key part in the smooth functioning of our agency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the backbone of efficient operations, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
This role is one that evolves with the business as needed. The exact responsibility categories may vary over time, but the critical nature of the role and the skillset needed to be successful always remain the same.
Current responsibility set:
- Temporary Staffing & Engagement Management
- Financial & Invoice Operations
- Executive & General Administrative Support
- Proposal Submission Management
What We're Looking For:
- A proven commitment to adding significant value in your support role
- A proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated history of taking initiative.
- Outstanding ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment, especially with confidential information.
- Aptitude for learning new skills, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
