Aerospace Global Forum

Pioneers of Change

Impact

The aerospace industry stands at a pivotal crossroads—navigating digital transformation, supply chain strain, and the urgent need to address climate change. Yet traditional forums remained siloed, limiting the conversation around sustainable flight. Jack Morton helped co-create a new kind of platform: the Aerospace Global Forum (AGF), designed to unite aerospace, aviation, and defense with governments, technologists, financiers, energy leaders, academia, and NGOs. Guided by the positioning “Pioneers of Change,” AGF expanded the dialogue beyond sector commitments to focus on what the broader ecosystem could achieve together—energizing collaboration and positioning aerospace as a leader in sustainable innovation.

Jack Morton shaped both the brand and experience, co-developing the positioning and five-day program, creating the visual identity, and delivering an immersive “black box” environment with dual stages. We supported speaker recruitment, built a strong sponsor pipeline, and led targeted outreach to attract cross-industry audiences. Integrated marketing campaigns, podcasts, films, and digital promotion amplified the forum globally, while our on-site team managed every creative and technical detail across both auditoriums.

Impact

The results proved the power of this reimagined forum. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with 96% rating the experience as excellent or good and a value-for-money score of 4.23 out of 5. More importantly, AGF succeeded in reframing the industry conversation—expanding its scope, drawing in new stakeholders, and establishing itself as a platform for meaningful change. By combining strategy, storytelling, and seamless execution, Jack Morton helped position AGF as the go-to destination for shaping the future of sustainable flight.
