Mitsubishi Electric Automation’s corporate showroom, once a flagship space for demonstrating its advanced industrial technologies, had become outdated—reliant on static displays that no longer reflected the brand’s leadership in automation. With limited interactive and digital elements, the environment lacked the immersive storytelling needed to showcase the depth and evolution of its capabilities. A full transformation was required to align the physical space with Mitsubishi Electric Automation’s cutting-edge reputation and to communicate a cohesive narrative across its core business pillars.
Jack Morton led a comprehensive overhaul, from structural renovation and spatial reconfiguration to immersive content development. Working closely with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors, we delivered a turnkey experiential environment anchored by live, interactive technology. A real-time Smart Manufacturing Demo—integrated with an eight-monitor Command Center—brings dynamic data to life, while a tactile Collaboration Table uses object recognition to trigger video content and product stories. Every digital interface and touchpoint was thoughtfully designed to integrate seamlessly with physical product displays, resulting in a forward-looking showroom that balances innovation with real-world application.
