As a global leader in electronics and technology, LG sought a new way to showcase its expansive product portfolio to a worldwide audience. The goal was to create an interactive digital platform that would demonstrate products in context, highlight applications across multiple industries, and allow customers to explore solutions on their own terms. LG envisioned an immersive environment where visitors could guide their own journey while gaining a deeper understanding of how LG technologies fit into real-world settings. 

Jack Morton brought this vision to life with LG DigiTour, a groundbreaking virtual sales platform that blended the interactivity of video games with the functionality of a modern website. Built using Unreal Engine, the experience featured realistic 3D environments across 17 industry verticals, each showcasing multiple products in contextual scenarios. Users could explore independently or join guided tours supported by live sales representatives, while integrated tools such as product spotlights, videos, chatbots, video conferencing, and lead tracking created a seamless connection between digital exploration and human interaction. The result was a dynamic, immersive platform that transformed LG’s sales approach and strengthened engagement with customers around the world.
