Hanwha Vision America partnered with Jack Morton to develop a series of immersive experience centers across the U.S., designed to position the brand as a leader in video surveillance and security solutions. Targeting dealers, end-users, architects, engineers, and key customers, the centers bring Hanwha’s story to life through a dynamic, hands-on journey inspired by the hero’s path. Guests begin in a welcoming reception area before gaining a broad understanding of Hanwha Group’s global capabilities. From there, they transition into interactive product demonstrations—“The Powers”—where they engage directly with cutting-edge security technologies, followed by “The Impact,” which showcases vertical market solutions and real-world customer success stories. Together, these staged moments clearly communicate Hanwha’s value proposition and innovation across diverse industries. 

Beyond product engagement, the centers function as strategic hubs for the sales team, complete with a dedicated 20-person training space to support deeper education and tailored customer conversations. Drawing from Hanwha’s brand identity, Jack Morton wove the ellipse motif and metallic silver accents throughout the sleek, modern environment—seen in curved architectural details, radiating product displays, and a striking concave video wall that highlights both technological sophistication and design flexibility. Modular kiosks ensure easy product updates, keeping the experience current. Managed end-to-end—from concept through installation—these centers reflect a holistic, future-forward approach that reinforces Hanwha’s leadership in advanced security solutions.
