At the highly anticipated Game Developers Conference (GDC), EPIC Games set out to make a bold statement by unifying two previous booths into one cohesive, high-impact environment. The goal was to seamlessly showcase its powerful software through immersive gaming stations and live demos, while ensuring intuitive traffic flow and ample private meeting space for executive conversations. A central theater stage anchored the experience, serving as a platform for keynote presentations, product updates, and innovation highlights—positioning EPIC as a leader in the developer community. 

To bring this vision to life, EPIC partnered with Jack Morton and Creative Technology Group to design a cutting-edge double-decker exhibit that stood out on the show floor. The upper level housed sophisticated meeting suites, while the lower level buzzed with dynamic gaming stations and the main theater. An illuminated EPIC logo and vibrant architectural lighting drew attendees in, balanced by warm wood finishes and light-toned walls that added approachability to the bold design. Interactive demos, exclusive merchandise, and a towering LEGO llama centerpiece fueled engagement and social sharing—creating a standout destination that delivered both business impact and unforgettable brand presence.
