House of the Dragon Premiere and In Mall Activation
An immersive experience journey that allowed guests to discover the greatness of the Targaryen dragon through interactive activities
HBO’s most anticipated series of 2022, House of the Dragon started the activation with Premiere event and In Mall Activation in Manila, Philippines.
This activation was part of HBO Asia’s ”biggest regional marketing investment” with more than 20 partners onboard including SM Mall of Asia in Philippines, Secret Lab and Grab in the region.
This iconic experience kicked off with a hatchery full of dragon eggs in SM Mall of Asia as preheat activation. This led up to premiere and screening event where top Filipino influencers, KOLs and media were invited to return to Westeros and explore the King’s Landing marketplace in front of the iconic Red Keep..
We created an immersive experience journey that allowed guests to discover the greatness of the Targaryen dragon through interactive activities, egg hatching, photobooth and fortune teller.
As highlight of the event, guest were surprised by the grand reveal of the larger-than-life Balerion dragon skull from the Red Keep which generated social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. The night ended with exclusive screening of the first episode of the series for invited guests.
