Navigate Event 2025
A Campus-Style Celebration of Innovation
SailPoint partnered with Jack Morton to elevate its annual Navigate event from a company showcase into a must-attend, industry-wide experience. Building on 2024 momentum, the 2025 edition set ambitious goals to increase attendance, capture new leads, and amplify excitement around SailPoint’s vision. With the Austin Convention Center under construction, the event spanned two venues—the Fairmont Austin and Austin Marriott Downtown—requiring a seamless, campus-style approach. Jack Morton unified the locations through a bold event identity, cohesive wayfinding, and high-energy touchpoints, including an AI-powered registration experience where attendees created custom avatar pins to spark networking from the start. Strategic programming, curated content, and even surprise moments—like a midway snow cone truck—kept engagement high while guiding traffic across the full Navigate Campus.
The main stage was reimagined with a show-stopping performance by LED dance troupe iLuminate, setting an electrifying tone that carried through to a music festival at the iconic Austin Long Center, headlined by Flo Rida and complemented by local food trucks and immersive brand moments. An exclusive Executive Circle track culminated in an elegant offsite dinner at the Commodore Perry Estate, where refined details like a living champagne wall underscored SailPoint’s commitment to elevated experiences. Every design choice, activation, and interaction worked in harmony to create a dynamic, conversation-worthy event that fully immersed attendees in the SailPoint vision.
THE IMPACT
SailPoint Navigate 2025 set a new standard for the annual event. Attendees highlighted networking and keynote sessions as standout experiences, while performances by iLuminate and Flo Rida left lasting impressions and generated excitement that carried throughout the event. The multi-venue approach, combined with personalized touches like AI photo activations and surprise delights, successfully created a sense of community and cohesion.
Beyond the immediate success of the event, this year’s Navigate opened new opportunities for Jack Morton to consult on SailPoint’s global event presence, strengthening the partnership and demonstrating how a thoughtfully designed, immersive experience can transform a flagship event into an industry-wide phenomenon.
