Connecting Retailers to Delivery

At NRF, Walmart set out to elevate awareness of GoLocal, its white-label delivery service, among retailers seeking scalable fulfillment solutions. While the Walmart brand is widely recognized, GoLocal required deeper education—clarifying what it is, how it works, and how it empowers businesses of all sizes with reliable last-mile delivery. The objective was to create an environment that not only explained the offering but also fostered meaningful conversations and helped prospects envision GoLocal supporting their own operations.

Jack Morton delivered the GoLocal Lounge, a branded space that balanced storytelling with hospitality. Drawing from Walmart’s visual identity, the design featured GPS-inspired floor inlays and graphics that mapped the delivery journey, seamlessly reinforcing GoLocal’s mission at every turn. Integrated partner stories added credibility, while interactive touchpoints—including a coffee bar, refreshment station, and photo opportunity—created natural networking moments and social buzz. More than a booth, the lounge became a welcoming hub for discovery, dialogue, and connection—bringing the GoLocal value proposition to life in a clear, compelling way.

THE IMPACT

The GoLocal Lounge stood out as both informative and welcoming, making a strong impression on NRF attendees. Visitors left with a clearer understanding of Walmart GoLocal and its ability to serve as a trusted delivery partner, while the client was thrilled with how seamlessly the brand story and partner integration came to life. The lounge generated consistent traffic, strong engagement at its interactive features, and highly positive feedback from both attendees and Walmart stakeholders.
