Account Management Intern 

Are you an aspiring client whisperer with an eye for detail?  Do you love rallying a team? Then this is the internship for you! As the Account Management Intern, you will support the wider account team to grow business and ensure client needs are met.  You’ll be an integral part of making sure communication between the Account team and our clients is clear and consistent, keeping them informed every step of the way. 

What you’ll do


•    Work with an Account Director and the Production department to support existing accounts and ongoing projects
•    Support the development and delivery of client proposals and capabilities presentations to drive new business forward
•    Drive progress towards short-term and long-term deliverables and manage progress against project timelines
•    Partner with your account lead to support key strategic priorities for clients and overall projects 
•    Maintain and manage internal communication channels and facilitate communication between departments
•    Read relevant news and trade publications to identify market trends, competitive activity, and potential client opportunities 
•    Develop and maintain new business outreach systems for Account Team members
•    Enter, track, and report pipeline activity for prospective and existing clients through the company client relationship management system 
•    Commit to 10 weeks (June – August) of hard work, learning, and fun, day in, day out
•    Participate in in-person learning, collaboration, and intern program activities at least once a week

•    Proactive mentality – you’re always looking for ways to help out
•    Strong organizational skills for both you and your teams. As Account intern, you will own and manage all the internal organization systems for your projects. 
•    Superior communication skills to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows who, what, when and how
•    Ability to work under tight deadlines, remains calm and keeps a positive attitude 
•    Flexibility to engage with the team and on the work, while participating on hybrid teams
•    Eager to support strategy leads with background research and project briefs and willing to collaborate with the creative team in brainstorms
