Merging an ideas leader and a brand that needs ideas
I love this new idea by Delta to partner with TED to provide smart content and ask for customer feedback. It gives consumers something cool to interact with and then crowdsources their ideas. I hope they post new videos regularly because I will be checking back for content, and yes, I have already submitted and idea.
I am a loyal Delta customer and have been thrilled with the changes the airline has made the last 18 months. This initiative follows the staff training and alignment initiative Delta launched with the Ritz Carlton.
