A great article on Fast Company about how an agency makes a NO-MEETING ZONE (yes please!) every Thursday morning and how a creative director took the time to learn new things she previously had no interest in.
It’s a bit like Google’s 80/20 idea but condensed into 3 hours with a bit of a twist. I’d like to see more agencies take on this dedicated learning/exploring time.
