Jack Morton Strengthens Greater China Creative Team with ECD and CD Appointments

Lucille Essey promoted to Greater China ECD and Jeremy To Creative Director of Hong Kong

Jack Morton, the global brand experience agency, today announces the promotion of Lucille Essey to executive creative director of Greater China and Jeremy To to creative director Hong Kong.

In this newly created role, Essey will oversee creative operations for the agency across Greater China, whose offices include Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Essey will focus on enhancing the creative output across the region, as well as spearheading regional creative collaboration, merging creative talents across the region into one team. She continues to be based in Hong Kong and reports to Natalie Ackerman, EVP of Greater China at Jack Morton.

Prior to the promotion, Essey was executive creative director and show director for the Hong Kong office for two years. During this time, she has successfully led the team in creating some of the agency’s largest events in the region, working with global brands including Google, BMW, Porsche, Cartier and Magnum. Tapping into her rich theatrical background, Essey has also led the team to create some of China’s most engaging launch events, introducing techniques such as immersive theatre. Essey currently represents Greater China in the global creative council at Jack Morton.

To has been with Jack Morton for over five years and was previously senior associate creative director. He has worked with leading brands including Google, Nespresso, OnePlus and Marriott International and has led a number of key projects in Hong Kong including The Peninsula Hotel’s global Christmas campaign and Pacific Place’s “The Place” campaign.
